    Приводятся статистические характеристики вариаций приземного электрического поля во время зимних туманов и метелей. Величина напряженности электрического поля во время тумана уменьшается, а величины низкочастотных флуктуаций возрастают. Во время метели в Тикси напряженность поля достигает 90 кВ/м.
