Publication of materials
The Book of Abstracts will be published before the beginning of the Symposium as an electronic book (ISBN number assigned) available on the symposium web site.
A special issue of the Journal of Physical Chemistry based on the materials of the HighRus-2023 symposium is planned to be publish at the end of 2023 - in beginning of 2024. All proposed articles will undergo standard peer review in accordance with the rules of the Journal of Physical Chemistry, presented on the website .
All materials (a letter to the editor, the text of the manuscript in Russian or English in Word and PDF format, a list of possible reviewers (up to 3 people), a license agreement, an agreement on the transfer of copyright) should be sent to the executive editor of the issue Andrey Vladislavovich Stolyarov at marked "HighRus-2023 special issue". Useful information
The climate of Lake Baikal is sharply continental, the weather changes often. Even during the day  there is a large temperature difference - up to 10 degrees. It can also get colder in a couple of days - yesterday it was +25°C and sunny, and today it is +10°C and it started to rain. So to be sure bring with you warm clothes and a raincoat (just in case).

If you are insured against tick-borne encephalitis, take your insurance policy with you.
