Formatting materials for presentations
We kindly remind you, that the Conference official language is English and all illustrated material (presentations, posters) including the names of establishments and the list of authors must be submitted in English. Digital material for presentations must be provided in .PPT format (PowerPoint, or compatible). For poster presentations the area of 1m2 is available (1 page of A0 format). If any supplementary apparatus (equipment) or software is required, please inform the Organizing Committee beforehand (in advance).
The Organizing Committee also reminds you, that all materials presented at the Conference will be publicity available and should not contain information classified as the state, or commercial secret.
The Conference fee covers manuscripts, participation in all sessions, excursions, Welcome reception and the banquet. Please note, that the Registration fee in cash should be paid in rubles according to the rate of exchange of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the maturity date (rate of currency exchange on September 01, 2013 – 1 € = 44 RUB).

We strongly recommend that you confirm your participation and inform us about the dates of your arrival to Tomsk, if you have not done so yet. Please inform us about your flight number, as we have arranged for transfer from Tomsk airport on September 14 and 15.
Registration of participants will take place on Sunday, September 15, in the entry of the conference hall of the Institute of Atmospheric Optics, SB RAS from 11a.m. till 4p.m., and from 09 a.m. till 5 p.m. on the following days of the Conference. On September 16, the registration will take place in the conference hall of the Rubin Conference Center from 09 a.m. till 2 p.m.
This year participants will be accommodated not only in the Rubin Conference Center. Daily transfer to the Conference venue before the start of the sections will be provided to participants staying at other hotels. Transfer schedule will be available on Conference site in the Extra Info section and in the printed Conference agenda.
Please keep in mind, that only the Rubin Conference Center accepts payment by bank cards.
In Akademgorodok lunch will be served at the restaurant of the Rubin Conference Center, at Venskiy Dvor restaurant, at the cafeteria of the House of Scientists, and at Pirs bowling club. You may have dinner at the same places (except the cafeteria of the House of Scientists).
On September 19, Conference participants are welcome to the banquet that will take place at the House of Scientists.
Free Wi-Fi will be provided at the halls of the Institute of Atmospheric Optics, SB RAS and the Rubin Conference Center, as well as all hotels accommodating Conference participants.
Papers selected by the Conference Organizing Committee will be published in the special issue of the Atmospheric and Oceanic Optics Journal. Deadline for papers submission is September 16, 2013. Papers may also be handed over to the Organizing Committee during registration of Conference participants.
