Fourth Announcement

Dear colleague,

In this last announcement we would like to give you all the needed practical information about HighRus-2003. The HighRus-2003 Symposium will be held aboard the ship Aleksandr Matrosov cruising along the River Yenisei.

You can opt to board the ship since 19:00 on July 5. Aleksandr Matrosov will sail from Krasnoyarsk roughly at10:00 a.m. on July 6.

The cruise will include two stops: in Yeniseisk with a shore excursion over the city (in the morning on July 7) and in the countryside (in the morning on July 9).

Aleksandr Matrosov will arrive back to Krasnoyarsk in the morning on July 11 (roughly at 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.).

We would like to attract your attention to the fact that in spite of the rather high July temperature in the Krasnoyarsk Region (+20°C and higher), it is advisable for you to have a sweater or a jacket, since nights at Yenisei may be rather cold.

We earnestly encourage all participants to acknowledge their attendance at HighRus-2003 before June 25, if you did not do this yet. Please let us know the date and time of your arrival, as well as the flight/train number.

Registration of participants will open on July 5 in the hall of the Hotel Krasnoyarsk since 12 a.m. Since 7:00 p.m. registration will be continued aboard Aleksandr Matrosov.

The Opening Ceremony will take place on July 6 at 10:30 a.m. aboard Aleksandr Matrosov.
