The XIX Symposium on High Resolution Molecular Spectroscopy

The series of High-Resolution Molecular Spectroscopy Symposia (HighRus) was organized by the Institute of Atmospheric Optics SB RAS in 1972 and was held in Russia. The first ten symposia were called the all-Union Symposia on High Resolution Molecular Spectroscopy. From 1993 (Volga river, Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Moscow) HighRus became an International Symposium.A brief history of the Symposium was outlined in the Preface to the HighRus special issue of JQSRT (2010, 111/15).
The proceedings of the Xth (1991), XIth (1993), XIIth (1996), XIIIth (1999), XIVth (2003), and XVth (2006) symposia were published in the PROCEEDINGS of SPIE in volumes 1811, 2205, 3090, 4063, 5311, and 6580, respectively.
The proceedings of the XVIth Symposium (2009, lake Baikal) were published as an electronic scientific publication and in a special issue of JQSRT (2010, 111/15).
The proceedings of the XVIIth Symposium (2012, Zelenogorsk, St. Petersburg region) were published as an electronic scientific publication on the symposium website.
The proceedings of the XVIIIth Symposium (2015, Tomsk) were published in a special issue of JQSRT (2016, 177).

The Organizing Committee started the preparation of the official invitation letters for the HighRus participants and the letters for getting Russian visa. Please, let us know if you need these letters. If you need a visa support, please send us (highrus@iao.ru) your personal data mentioned in a form available in the Extra Info section. Note, the preparation of the letter for getting Russian visa takes about one month.

The Handling Editor is Peter Bernath and Jean-Michel Hartmann is the Guest Editor. You are invited to submit a scientific paper before the closing date of Feb. 28, 2019.
